H.E. Ambassador Dr. Michelle L. Hailey is an accomplished educator, global business professional, leadership trainer, speaker, published author, and women's empowerment advocate with more than 25 years of cross-sector experience. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Southern New Jersey, Dr. Hailey holds a BA in Fashion Merchandising from Howard University, an MA in International Business from Schiller International University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where her research examined how African American women overcome leadership barriers. She serves as Global Affairs Director for SolaMed Solutions, LLC, and has been appointed a Global Peace Ambassador to the United Nations. Recognized for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and leadership development, Dr. Hailey has consulted and led initiatives across France, Korea, Peru, Dubai, and Kenya, including advising a former Kenyan National Assembly member on women's empowerment. A French speaker and adjunct professor at The Chicago School's Washington, DC campus, Dr. Hailey is guided by the philosophy, “Each one, reach one, and teach one,” inspiring inclusive leadership, empowerment, and transformative global impact.
