 MIE Pre-NYE 2026 | December 26 

As every year, we meet on the last Friday of December to reconnect with old friends, welcome familiar faces, and exchange holiday wishes before the end of the year. On December 26, 2025, MIE invites you to spend a different kind of evening — relaxed, festive, and social — with games, fun, good food, and great company.

This year, our amazing international community will gather from 19:00 at Pausa Caffè, a venue where we have already successfully hosted a couple of MIE events earlier this year.

The event is limited to 50 people to keep the atmosphere cozy and interactive.

 Participation & What’s Included

The mandatory participation fee includes:

1 drink token (2–3 options available)
1 snack token (2–3 options available)
Access to the Pub Quiz, which will be the main activity of the evening

In addition, there will be:

Board games
Social table games
Other activities TBA, depending on the final number of guests

Due to the limited number of seats, we kindly ask everyone to confirm attendance by prepaying the entrance fee.

Discount system:

14.12-16.12: 20% discount (800r.)
17.12-19.12: 10% discount (900r.)
20.12-25.12: full price (1000r. only if tickets are still available)

26.12: Just at the door, upon availability (1000r., cash only)

 Refund policy:
If your plans change, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the event starts — no problems at all.

Pausa Caffè will prepare a special menu exclusively for MIE, with:

Chef’s recommendations on what to eat and drink
A wide selection of handcrafted Italian Christmas desserts, available only during our event

Guests who wish can move together with our party host to Black Swan Pub to dance and continue the night.

Guests who prefer to stay can remain at Pausa Caffè with the games host until midnight or a bit later

For those who do not wish to join the first (paid) part:

Free entry to Pausa Caffè from 22:45
No ticket required

You can grab a drink and then move together with the main group to Black Swan Pub

All participants will receive an official MIE wristband, as at all our events

Guests joining the paid first part will also receive 2 tokens:
