Культурный Центр «ДОМ» образован на базе МДСТ в 1998 году. Сейчас это широко известная в Москве и за ее пределами концертная площадка. Сюда приходят те, кто интересуется этнической музыкой или современным джазом, авангардом во всех его проявлениях – от музыки до искусства перформанса и видеоарта. «Мировая музыка», «Новый джаз и свободная импровизация», «Новая академическая музыка, Экспериментальная электроника».

В «ДОМе» можно услышать наиболее интересные образцы фольклора в его «чистой» аутентичной форме: свадебную турецкую музыку, армянский дудук, цыганский духовой оркестр, чеченскую гармонику, тибетскую ритуальную и, конечно, русскую музыку.

«ДОМ» открыт как для музыкантов «с мировым именем», так и для дебютантов. В разные годы здесь выступали Аркадий Шилклопер,Дживан Гаспарян, Татьяна Гринденко и группа OPUS POSTH, Алексей Айги, композиторы Владимир Мартынов, Антон Батагов, Сергей Загний, выдающийся пианист Алексей Любимов, саксофонист Владимир Чекасин и многие другие.
