When you purchase a ticket, a specific seat is assigned to you. Changing seats without the concert manager’s permission is not allowed.
A guest may be refused entry regardless of having a ticket if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxication.
If the audience rules announced by the host and/or stated in the event policy are not followed, or if a guest disrupts the event, the manager or security staff may require the guest to leave the venue without a ticket refund.
